Everyone we encountered was extremly friendly and attentive. Throughout the negotiations I was never made to feel uncomfortable or pressured into anything. Michael was very patient, friendly and knowledgable. Everything was explained to me with great detail. I was able to negotiate a great deal without pressure to add any other options on.
