Pleasantly Surprised I am new to California relocating from Maryland. I had to take my car in for a recall repair. I did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surpr I am new to California relocating from Maryland. I had to take my car in for a recall repair. I did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. The young lady, Christina Martinez, who was my service adviser was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. While they were making the recall repair they find another problem which if gone undetected would have caused serious problems. Ms. Martinez informed me immediately, luckily the repair was covered under my warranty. I was given a loaner car and told by Ms. Martinez that they were going to keep my vehicle an extra to make sure the repair was done properly and I would be safe. I appreciate the extra effort. More
