My husband and I were looking at some cars on the lot and here comes my good old friend Martel with umbrella in hand since it was raining that day. He ask if we need any help we reply just looking. Martel reply just let me know if you need anything since it raining here's my umbrella so you will not get to wet. I thought that was very kind of Martel. To make a long story short we saw this ALTIMA that was calling our name. Me and my husband talk about letting the cube go and purchasing the car. We went looking for Martel on this matter and we became a new owner of 2014 Nissan ALTIMA. With all the help of Martel. He was there on our first car our second car. Upon arriving to the service center I did not have to wait to get greeted by a friendly service adviser. I only wish the waiting room didn't reek of old popcorn :/ It's a nice touch to have hot popcorn, but by the end of the day (when I'm usually in), the whole area smells like an old movie theater. Very minor in comparison to all the reasons I DO come to this dealership instead of the one closer to me. More
