We were not ready to buy that night but Raj didn't give us a hard sell. After a few days of negotiating over the phone...no spending 3 hours haggling...we reached a mutual price that we are very happy with. We came back in and signed the paperwork without a fuss. More

Started home and noticed that it was the same as when I brought it in. Spoke to Phil service manager. Was told car was to old and to get off lot and do not come back. Took car to another dealer and was advised that the new part numbers were wrong and the assembly was incrorrect. We had a meeting of the minds. But I do not think the judge understood that I WAS NOT ALLOWED to come back. Even when the service manager told her he did tell me not to come back. So do not take your older cars there. Guess this dealership has never heard of restoring old cars or trying to keep the older cars running!! So I do have to pay for the repairs. Sent the check today and I can do so even though I know know that they do not stand behind their work. They are very unethical. They must be doing a lot of business. Why else would they treat customers so badly. But I do know WORD OF MOUTH IS PRICELESS. More

We felt cheated by a dishonest Acura Dealer-Unbelievable! My wife and I were looking for an Acura RDX to buy due to its high rating from various reviews. We were debating whether or not to buy a new one or a My wife and I were looking for an Acura RDX to buy due to its high rating from various reviews. We were debating whether or not to buy a new one or a slightly used but Factory Certified car to save a few thousand dollars. We looked at various dealerships and found an excellent Certified RDX at Acura of Lynnwood. It was also advertised on Craigslist, Cars.com and Cargurus: A Certified 2013 Silver Moon color RDX VIN:5J8TB4H55DL019521 with Internet Price of $33,750 with only 7.592 miles. We compared that price with many others and felt that it was about $1,500 below everyone else's numbers. I called the dealership right away and spoke with "Roj" and inquired about the price. He said they are in the process of changing the listing price but he assured me that if I can bring them a copy of the advertisement, the dealership will honor it. I made a copy of the ad from their own dealership as well as from Craigslist and went to the dealership that same afternoon (6/6/2014). Roj handed us to his sales manager "Tiger" right away. "Tiger" set us down with a hand written piece of paper and start telling us "This is how this deal works". He said "It is right that the price of the car is $33,750 and then you add the cost of Certification $1,911-(from my memory) and options, accessories, etc, etc and the total price is actually $38,000 (approx.)". We were very upset that they made us drive 40 miles to Lynnwood, only to treat us like we were born yesterday. When a legitimate Dealership were to advertise on their own website a Factory Certified vehicle for sale, listing all the options and accessories, the price should have included all items in that ad unless it specifically exclude them. We came away feeling angry and cheated. By the way, we also read afterwards on the CarGurus website about this dealership that they advertised $10,000 below the cars actual price and tell people it was a mistake. Please watch out for Dealers like Acura of Lynnwood. More

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy a car from this dealership.
