The customer service is horrible. Waited 7 months for a part and it was sent back numerous times. They don’t notify customers when parts come in. Took a week to put on a part that could have been done in a day. Checked my car over and said that it was is great condition. Told me my tires were great. I have a nail in my tire that’s been there for a while and they missed this because they didn’t do there job.. I will not be returning for any more services and or will not buy from them again. More

The service manager called me to discuss the service but when I returned his call 4 times and sent him an email he never returned my call. Terrible terrible service…first they wouldn’t full accept my TAC agreement from Toyota then told me I had a rusted tie rod and didn’t perform work on front end alignment. I took the truck to another Toyota my TAC agreement from Toyota then told me I had a rusted tie rod and didn’t perform work on front end alignment.
