This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had having a vehicle worked on. First I went in because my car wouldn’t start and to get an oil change. I was told the car needed a new battery but the having a vehicle worked on. First I went in because my car wouldn’t start and to get an oil change. I was told the car needed a new battery but the warranty tester wasn’t operational. I contacted the service manager and asked him to call me when the part was in for it. I never received a call. I called them and they got my car in. I was not informed that having the battery tested would cost $160. The total amount I paid was $364.93 for a warranties battery, ridiculous!!! More
