Fast service for oil change and engine air filter but they lied their way through the inspection checklist saying my brakes are all color marked green when they were not back in April the front was color they lied their way through the inspection checklist saying my brakes are all color marked green when they were not back in April the front was color marked green and the rear brakes were color marked yellow, this time rear wiper blade is green last time it was red, its the small things like this that makes me not want to go to a dealership for service because I know my brakes are going bad they do lunge forward when stopping at stop lights or stop signs and this could if I didn't how to tell what is what about any vehicles I drive for work or my own personal vehicle could cause something bad to happen because someone wanted to cut corners to think I wouldn't notice when I notice because I have kids and my vehicle needs to be safe for them. This is just someone being too lazy and not wanting to do their job, its just you have to do an inspection I expect that inspection to be thoroughly done and marked correctly so I know what I will have to fix in maybe a few months or sooner because if I don't know then it can be something major and im paying a shady dealership too much money than they actually are worth being paid to complete the job and do it right. More

Had to take Tacoma to my oil change place in Greensburg after getting oil changed at Carver Toyota. Service advisor suggested I do that as she thought it might be air filter might have been put in wrong. T after getting oil changed at Carver Toyota. The bolt holding it on was tight because they stripped it putting it back on. The shield & washer was rattling as stripped bolt wasn't snugging it up. Had to get it fixed after your oil change guy messed it up. More

Took over 2 hours just to do an oil change and then asked to keep our car over overnight because they wouldn't finish in time.
