I have 2 complaints: I could not get thru trying to call to make an appointment for service--I was put on extensive holds on 2 separate attempts. I eventually did it online. Dale Denny and Ruthie Miller are the absolutely best service staff I have ever dealt with. Honestly, there is a Toyota dealership within 6 miles of my home in Greenwood by I prefer to drive 20+ miles fu service staff I have ever dealt with.
