Two months ago, I took my Toyota Corolla to have the Bluetooth repaired so it will play music from my phone since it did previously & then stopped. The Technician had me use my phone to connect to the Bluetooth repaired so it will play music from my phone since it did previously & then stopped. The Technician had me use my phone to connect to the vehicle. It still didn’t work, he told me to reschedule since he’d need to remove the stereo. I was just called in to make another attempt with my phone as if I’m not familiar with how to connect it. If it still doesn’t work after having to make another visit with my phone, I will not be happy. More

Rusty frame repair I had received a recall notice for my 2016 Tacoma pickup to repair rust in/on the frame. Quick service. Excellent employees. My only complaint is that we didn’t know when purchasing a brand new vehicle from Toyota we would need to spend upwards of $99 every few years for an update. Best Place for Service and a New Toyota I have purchased or leased four (4) Toyota vehicles over the past 4-5 years from Carver Toyota; two 4Runners, one Camry, and one RAV4. Each time the I have purchased or leased four (4) Toyota vehicles over the past 4-5 years from Carver Toyota; two 4Runners, one Camry, and one RAV4. Each time the purchase and lease experience has been excellent. Thanks to Jason, Nick, Brandon, and Cathy for their great customer care over the past 4-5 years. I live in northern Johnson County and prefer taking my Toyota vehicles to Carver Toyota for service (a 35-40 minute drive for me). In my experience, their service department is FAR superior to other Toyota service departments in the Indianapolis area. I've dealt with two other Toyota service departments in the Indianapolis area in the past, but no longer - Carver service is terrific and they are my go-to dealer for service. They are by far the BEST. The service techs and service underwriters are friendly, highly qualified, and do not try to up-sell you on services that you may not need. They get you in / and get you out in the time period promised and are reasonably priced. Thank you, Carver Toyota, for being a terrific customer focused company. More
