I was also given a brand new Prius as a loaner for the duration of the repair. Initially, I was told it would be a 7-10 day job, but amazingly, it was completed within 24 hours! The staff fully explains any extra recommendations and the cost to me before performing additional work. At my latest trip to have my Highlander serviced, they removed the engine and air filter to show me why they needed to be replaced. One of the filters was not available at the time, so the technician meticulously vacuumed it instead! No ripoffs in the Carver Service Department! More
