Purchased my car back in the beginning of June, it’s now the end of August and I still haven’t received my plates or registration. Called about 10 times, and either someone answers and put me on hold for th the end of August and I still haven’t received my plates or registration. Called about 10 times, and either someone answers and put me on hold for the title department who then sends me to voicemail to leave a message. Leaves a message but no one calls back. Tell me they sent my the documents off to the dmv, but the dmv sees no transaction in process. My other cars I purchased from New Jersey got my plates and registration two weeks later. And it’s taking carvision going on 3 months now. My temp plates been expired since the 4th of July. Now I’m losing my insurance because I need full coverage and because it’s a 2018 they want a visual vehicle inspection with photos in person. Which I did, but now since it has expired plates they can’t send the pics to corporate if so they will deny coverage. And since I need my car to work, I’m on the verge of losing my job. And I told them this on numerous voicemails, but no one seems to care More
It’s been six weeks since I bought my Jeep, and I have no registration yet. Several calls and emails and even today text messages saying of all things are you still interested in buying a car?? Emails don’t seem to be delivered all failures and you cannot actually reach a department. I have yet to reach their registration or title department if they actually exist. I’ve NEVER had this sort of problem with any dealership before. At one point I was told I would get a letter by email explaining the situation, just in case I was pulled over. That has been told to me twice and no letter has ever come. I have no doubt that if I do get pulled over that Carvision would do anything to help out. Unless at this point the owners of the business are planning on walking into the DMV themselves to get this little piece of paper I don’t have much faith of a resolution More
