Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Literally had a problem pointed out before even leaving the lot, after the paperwork was signed. What was the outcome you ask? "Take it to Mercedes". Check the tires as well as a lot of these vehicles are obtained from California. This info is relevant because the tires on this vehicle are summer sport and aren't recommended at all on a 20 degree day in the Northeast (and dangerous in the snow). Car also didn't come with inspection stickers, so in addition to the immediate expense of having to buy new tires, another $60 for that. There's more, but I'll have to review the recording I have for more details. Consider yourself ghosted after any paperwork is signed. More

I recently purchased a used Audi e-tron from this dealership, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered that the vehicle was sold to dealership, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered that the vehicle was sold to me with the wrong front tire size – something that should have been caught and corrected before the car ever left the lot. This isn’t a minor oversight. The incorrect tire size affects not only the performance and handling of the vehicle but also raises safety concerns. It makes me question the thoroughness of their inspections and how much attention they actually pay to the cars they're selling. When I reached out to address the issue, the response was far from helpful. I expected a dealership to stand behind the cars they sell, but instead, I was met with indifference and excuses. I trusted this dealership to sell me a properly maintained and safe car, and they failed on both counts. But wait, that is not all. They still haven’t processed the registration. As a result, my temporary tag has expired, and I’m now stuck with a car I can’t legally drive. I've reached out multiple times for updates, but I keep getting vague responses or empty promises. No one seems to take responsibility or offer a real solution. More
