Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

I ended up getting the car that I wanted but it took 7 hours to make a deal which was an ok deal not a great deal. It took so long that we ran out of time to complete everything. I had to go back the next hours to make a deal which was an ok deal not a great deal. It took so long that we ran out of time to complete everything. I had to go back the next day and spend another 2 and half hours just to sign paperwork. Apparently the salesman work with more than one customer at a time so I sat there waiting while he was helping another customer then he would come back to me for a few minutes. This back and forth went on all day for 7 hours and and almost 3 hours the next day. After 10 hours total and miscommunication from the salesman, I finally drove off in the car. The time it took was absolutely ridiculous. I started off patient and excited but left frustrated, tired, hungry and aggravated. I'm happy with my vehicle, and my salesman Miles, was pleasant to work with but the way car vision handled everything was extremely time consuming. If you go there to buy a car bring something to eat & drink, get there when they open at 10am and clear your schedule for the entire day. They dont even seem to really care about how long it takes. More
