Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Angel was awesome. He was super kind and told me about his time moving to the U.S. from the D.R. He spoke to me like a friend and not like he was just trying to make a sale. He made the car-buying process very smooth and took the time out to teach me how to use the Tesla. All of these associates at this location were very friendly. The only thing that could be improved is making sure customer’s get the full experience of the process. I wanted a bow on my vehicle after successfully completing the purchase and that didn’t happen. I also only got to test drive the vehicle I purchased and it would’ve been fun to take some of the other electric vehicles on the lot for a spin. I understand though that it was later in the day and that it takes a lot of time to get through paperwork. I recommend Angel to anyone. He is honest and easy to get along with. As far as the dealership as a whole, they have to work on making an online portal where customers can upload their documents this way customer’s aren’t in the store for too long doing paperwork. They’re killing trees for no reason. Everything is online now. Right after the test drive, I should be leaving with the keys within the hour. You will be able to process more sales as well by implementing an online document portal which leads to higher efficiency for the store. Thank you for my Tesla. I love it! More
