Bad impression of this place from the start. Inquired about a Nissan Rogue Sport that I found on a 3rd party website. CarVision got back to me, so I viewed the vehicle on their site, where it wa Inquired about a Nissan Rogue Sport that I found on a 3rd party website. CarVision got back to me, so I viewed the vehicle on their site, where it was clear that there was some pretty serious damage to the interior. I’ve been shopping around for this car and I just sold one myself, so I know the going rate and this one was way overpriced given the extent of the damage. I mean seriously, I could just as easily get one without damage to the interior for the same price. So, I told them I’d be interested if they’d be willing to work with me regarding the price and adjust it based on how much it would cost to fix the damage. The follow-up email was SO rude and curt: “the price is non-negotiable.” Didn’t even take what I said into consideration, acknowledge it, or make an alternative suggestion. What a disgusting way to speak to a potential customer. Well, they’ve lost a customer now. If you’re not willing or able to work with people when it comes to situations like this, you don’t deserve their business. Disappointing. More
