I went to Kelley's about 4 years ago to trade in my car that wasn't running and was going to cost way to much to fix and at the time they couldn't do anything for me but they tried and gave me advice on wh that wasn't running and was going to cost way to much to fix and at the time they couldn't do anything for me but they tried and gave me advice on what to do and to just keep chipping away at the loan and over the course of 4 years Don Pratt reached out to me to see how every was going and where I was on the loan and finally I got the loan down to $3,000 and at this time I haven't driven the car in 4 years. They worked with me and tried everything they could do and got me the best payment I could get and took that junk car off my hands and got me in a 2016 Honda Civic that's reliable and in great shape.
