Upon arrival to Hampton Roads, Trey sadly informed us that the car we wanted could not be located. At that time we ordered our Outback 3.6 limited and were able to receive all the "bells and whistles" that we wanted, knowing we would need to wait about 60 days. In less than that time our car was delivered. Trey came to our house to pick us up! This involved a drive thru the Hampton Roads bridge tunnel at rush hour! A headache on a normal day. We just LOVE our Outback and could not have been happier with the service and attentiveness of all the staff but especially Tray. More
