He didn’t get frustrated with us for ending up wanting to look at used cars instead of new ones, and he was always very polite. I appreciate the time he took with us and even going the extra mile to do some additional detailing of our car himself, and for staying until we finished with the finance department to congratulate us on our purchase. Overall, I would recommend Trey to anyone looking into purchasing a vehicle from this location. As a side note, we didn’t personally work with this particular gentleman named James Burley, but he was very unprofessional in the store in front of the customers. He made the environment an unwelcoming one when you walked in by rolling his eyes like he was irritated when people came through the door. He would criticize his salesmen in front of the customers, and was extremely loud about it which to me was unprofessional and not a good environment. We preferred to wait outside so we didn’t have to listen to him be rude anymore to others working there. More
