Poor experience, buyer beware! My wife drives a VW and one day the check engine light came on so we parked it and called this dealer. They recommended we bring it in for diagnosis. The problem is that we are over an hour away from any dealer and Casey is the closest one. We made an appointment and sent the car by tow truck to them. Trying to communicate is a real issue as one cannot simply call the assigned service specialist. Finally we got through and got astounding news and a ridiculous quote. My wife came home from work crying. I looked at the quote and immediately scheduled a tow to pick up the car, paying out of pocket for it to be taken to Richmond as I was furious. Even with the added cost, the repair bill from Browns was less than half of what Casey quoted...I certainly would never return to Casey for anything as I believe they are not on the up and up. I also believe they have found they can take advantage of women and do. To add insult to injury, they called my wife after all of this to reconfirm the original appointment? They already had the car! He changed my view about their business. He worked hard to inform us about the car we want, tell us about incentives and deals that are available to us. He is a people person and he worked hard to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. Not just that. He had multiple customers but he made sure that we are all taken cared off. He has put alot of effort to male sure his customers are getting the service we deserve. He drove 1hr away to pick up a part for a customer.
