Wow! Amazed by Jeff Vicari My father in law is on hospice and bedridden. (Unrealistic, due to the fact he can not even stand on his own) so leaving his house I started thinking what would make him smile? (Obviously his spirit is down) so I figured.. what the heck, I’m going to give it my best shot. I pulled into Gary Lang and walked to the door and immediately greeted by Jeff Vicari. I told him our story and asked if he could help make someone’s day? Jeff without one ounce of hesitation said give me a minute, he then pulled around a blue convertible camero and looked at myself and my aunt and said let’s go ladies. We get in the car and he said where are we going? We proceeded to give him the address, he drove right to the patio door. I can only tell you how big my father in laws smile was, he asked if that was his. (lol) my point of this review is to express my gratitude to Jeff, he could have said NO, he could have thought - this is not a sale, why would I waste my time? But he didn’t.... he said if I can give someone a ounce of hope and a smile and it costs nothing, why wouldn’t I? This is my thank you to you Jeff! The world needs more people like you! Best service ever, anywhere. I dont think that I can Express how much I love this dealership. They have consistently time after time gone to nat fir me in getting a new vehicle. I very much appreciate the fact that go the extra mile for all of their customers but that extra inch for the veterans in the community. From start to finish I had a great experience. I initially only came in to see what my truck would be valued at. Levi, my sales rep was quick to jump to assist me when I walked in. The best part was i wasnt being hounded when i pulled up. I got to walk around and look at the trucks and drool. When the process started he asked me what I wanted and where my budget was. I told him what I wanted but nothing fit my budget, with his elegant tongue of persuasion he convinced me that this truck was for me. I'll have to admit I'm not fond of the color but I'm in love with the truck and white never looked so good. The sales manager, the finance team went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal they could give me, the best rate I could get and I'm so very thankful for it. I absolutely love this decision. I cannot say thanks enough for how this is a massive game changer for me for something I didnt think would even be in my scope of view for years to come. Lastly, the service team is always top notch, I've bought my last 4 of 5 Chevys from Garylang... so I know a thing or two about em, I know going forward my truck is in good hands as they have yet to let me down.
