Darlene Zulman is awesome in every aspect of her responsibilities! She has an abundance of energy and a get the job done kind of spirit that is just great energy to be around. She pulled everything together in the short window of time we had and I was able to drive away that night with the vehicle I went there for. The negotiations were respectful both ways and there was no pressure just a great deal for all involved. Darlene followed up with me the next day to see how things were going and did I have any questions. Great overall experience! More

I started looking around on their website and inquiring about different vehicles on Tuesday, I didn't end up buying until Saturday. In the meantine, Darlene answered all of my millions of questions for me through text. She was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and very, very good at her job. She made sure my husband and I were made very comfortable while we there. I live 2 hours away from this dealership, and this is the kind of customer service that made the trip worth it for me. I asked for a woman sales person and Darlene helped me. I love the car she found for me - a 2014 Suburu. I was gorgotten once I agreed on a price. I was made to wait an hour or more to finalize the sale. Then I was on my own to remove items from my trade-in. All went pretty well until I signed on the line. Then customer service went out the window. More
