Fell for the ploy. Got duped and got pulled over Not sure where to start. 1. I feel I got duped. Having never leased before, I wasn't necessarily as savy as I should have been. Thought I was getti Not sure where to start. 1. I feel I got duped. Having never leased before, I wasn't necessarily as savy as I should have been. Thought I was getting a good deal but the more I sit here the more I realize how bad it is. Which leads me to the next point... 2. After leaving, I had questions about my lease and what I am able to do within it. I emailed the sales manager that worked with me AND the financial guy that closed the sale to ask some questions. Going on 5 days now without a response from either of them. They must know how bad the "deal" they gave me is and don't want to have to answer questions. 3. The night I leased the vehicle, the sale finished after hours. While switching out my stuff from my old car, we got to the point of transferring my plates over. The new vehicle didn't have holes on the front for my plates. Thought that was odd bit the sales rep said to me "good thing you don't need them on anyway. " so I have been driving around without front plates which legally I am required to have (once again, I should have been more aware bit it's hard to think at 930pm after sitting at a desk for 3 hours) Ill continue to wait to hear back from them regarding the questions I've asked but I already know I won't be doing business there again. Everyone other than Dan (our sales associate) seemed sleazy and money hungry. Very much a pressure oriented approach. Would not recommend. More

Great Experience! Salesman Bill did everything he could to get us in the new Suburban we liked. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. A couple things were in the way of us getting our new SUV and Bill took care of it - I got a fantastic deal! Buying a new car at Gary Lang was truly a Great Experience, thanks to Bill. Give them a try, you won't be dissapointed! We live over an hour away from Gary Lang, but it was well worth the drive. I will very likely go there again for another new vehicle (and request Bill). I have never been treated that well at any other dealership, and I have purchased a lot of new cars... More
