Nice non-pushy people We found a car I am in love with. Wasn't even going to buy that day but we found the right car in our payment range. With our not so great credit score I was nervous what we would be able to accomplish but they got us a good deal and not just the first thing that came up. I have looked up the car we bought (2015) and I think we ended up on the high end of reasonable price overall but we did add the additional warranty (which seems like a very good deal and will give us added peace of mind). Our salesman (Rick Diamond) was helpful and didn't come off as pushy. Our finance guy (Josh Hastings) was awesome and very personable. We were in a hurry the night we bought our car so we could get to our sons high school bball game and they helped us make sure we were out of the door in time We did have to go back in this past week (2 weeks after sale) to resign papers because there was some lost paperwork. I was of course nervous something was fishy however, Josh and Rick assured me we were preapproved and that is not how they do business. We went back and signed everything and I do have the official paperwork from the lender now so it was just an honest mistake. I do have to say when we went back we brought up that the car wasn't really detailed when we left the first time and I think that's because we were in a rush so they did clean everything up for us and even put in a full tank of gas for our troubles so that was very cool and much appreciated. More
