It needed to be replaced and Brian immediately offered and got a loaner for me to drive. Took the time to help me understand the vehicle well since I did have to do some errands for the day, and would be in need of it. I will say too since my tire pressure was low, I had expressed my concern to him that if there was damage to please let me know. I have some construction work by my home currently. Brian quickly got the reason for me and help me to take pictures of the damage to give to my landlord to be reimbursed. All around when every I come in he is just very helpful and friendly. More

I pulled up in my 2000 green rusted ford truck with a printed out sheet of the car I wanted and I ask Byron Giles who was walking in the parking lot for a sales men and he said was there any one special that I was looking for.I said no so Byron was my sale men and help me fine the car I was looking for and it was right in front of Gary Lang with balloon on it with deal price sticker that I could not refuse . I love that car and it all work out fine with the entire group of employees that work for Gary Lang they even drove the new car to my house. Then Rick Diamond from their sales team called me to come down and view the car. It was exactly what i had described at the price point I suggested. In less than an hour I was driving out the door with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. A few days later, I returned to the service department to have a part replaced that they noticed was defective during the vehicle delivery prep. Dale Cado and Nancy Butler in the service department had me in and out in twenty minutes. An overall awesome car buying experience!! More
