My outlook towards Gary Lang Auto Group is not as negative after speaking with you. I now know you're Subaru dealership is systemically full of douchebags. Blaming things on the "system" and posting personal info on this site is totally douchie too. I'll be reporting that!!!

I take full blame for the 'system' and was simply explaining why you kept receiving automated emails. I located the problem and per your request turned off your email. The 'system' couldn't figure out how to find a new 2010. I read your emails and from the source "autobase" still could not figure out what vehicle you inquired about. I take every customer matter seriously and try to resolve them with the customer winning. My name is Hilary Thompson from Bloomington, IN. I traded in my Subaru Forester and bought an Outback from you that ended up having after market installations I was not told about. Now I have a car with watermarks all over the seats and a leaking ceiling. I called your dealership, spoke with the salesman who sold me the car and told me i had to talk to your manager, left a message and never heard a thing. I would never have purchased this vehicle if I had know these parts were after market. I am very disappointed and aggravated.

In reviewing the initial posting on this vehicle it appears that all items that you state a concern with were in fact listed online. Since the model is not available with those items from the factory it would be reasonable to assume that they were installed afterwards and that they added value. Unfortunately the first time you asked for assistance seven months had past. We made several attempts by phone and through Dealer Rater to satisfy you. I personally offered to assist but without response. As I stated all items of concern were actually listed online at the time of your purchase.
