I walked into Gary Lang Subaru wanting and needing a new car. I was greeted by Josh, who asked what I was looking for and got some of my information and said that he was going to find a salesman to take car car. I looked around for maybe five minutes and then was greeted by David. I explained to Daivd what I was looking for and what I am "about" and he got right to work looking for my car! I explained to David that I have been to other dealers in the past and they did not take me seriously because I am a younger car buyer, one ford dealer went so far as to tell me that I do not make enough money to buy a new car...before I even told him my full name! Back to the story, David showed me into a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid, I test drove it and I loved it! I was sent home with high hopes awaiting loan approval. The next day David called me to break to me some bad news, I wasnt able to get the Crosstrek and stay in my monthly budget. I was disappointed and thought that they were going to give up on me but David told me to come in and look at some other models. When I went in, we sat down and we went over the certain things that I wanted in a car and he showed me what would suit those needs. I test drove a 2014 Subaru Legacy and instantly fell in love with it! I never would have thought to try this car if it were'nt for David! I ended up getting this Legacy, and have not looked back since! I recently went into the dealer to pick up some more paperwork and inquire about some add-ons and was treated just like a best friend and family. Thank you very much David, Josh and Ozzie, you truly made my first NEW car buying an experience to remeber and I will certainly be back when I want to upgrade my Subaru! More

Excellent visit - found a vehicle online and was taken directly to that vehicle. No overwhelming pressure to try different cars or add options I didn't want - they simply let us know what was available an directly to that vehicle. Extremely professional help all the way around. David took care of the sale for the most part, which we helped to complicate by bringing our toddler. He was fantastic with our little guy, and took a little bit of the stress out of car buying. He was also fantastic with the entire car sales process, made it painless and ensured there were no surprises. I would highly recommend working with David on your next vehicle purchase. Josh was great in assisting us with getting the numbers run for our trade in, explaining the details of the online price and what our choices with regards to financing would do to the overall cost. He was exceptionally polite and great to work with, also taking time to acknowledge our little monster. At one point, our son found his way to George's cubicle while George was doing other work, and he let him play with a flash drive that looked like a Kia - he did not have to do this - thanks for taking the time to be so friendly.
