Kyle was obviously well versed, polite and even though he told me he was new he knew everything about the Impala. I had intended to only gather info and purchase next week. He answered every question, showed me the car and I enjoyed a test drive. When we returned from driving he asked if I would be making the decision today and I surprised myself when I said if the numbers were right. He admitted he wasn't the best at calculating payments but that he had a manager Dion that was and he asked for his assistance. Within 5 minutes his manager and I cut a deal based on the quote I had from Ray Chevrolet and the deal was done. I drove away in my new Chevy and I could not be happier. More

A breath of fresh air After more than a week of getting sindled and screwed around by other dealers in the area, I went to Gary Lang and worked with Carlos. In less than half an hour he got me the EXACT car I wanted at the price I needed. No haggling or lying. Even though he didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot, he is me my new Sonic in a hard to find color in less than 24 hours when other dealers in the area quoted me a week or to get it, and wanted to charge me Thousands More. He is also getting the car equipped with all the features I wanted, some of which other dealers told me weren't even available on the car. Carlos' honest and friendly demenor have gained a customer for life. Gary Lang and Carlos literally saved me thousands of dollars and hours of time and stress. I wish I had known to come here sooner.
