My wife and I had decided to 'down size' on our next new vehicle purchase. We looked at the KIA Sorrento and decided that would fit our needs to a tee. (And yes, the golf clubs fit perfectly!) We tried a local dealership but when the sales representative failed to keep a scheduled appointment we decided to look elsewhere. (We got the feeling he didn't really want to deal with retired people.) We decided to try several more KIA dealerships on line, and then met Joshua Somers via an 'on line video,' sent to our web address. Josh Somers was as 'up front' as you can get with the information we requested on the Sorrento and with the approximate value of our trade in. (And this was only on the phone!) My wife and I decided to make the drive to Gary Lang, in McHenry, IL., and meet with Josh. What can I say? Josh was all the things that you would WANT to expect from a sales associate. We have purchased many a car over the years, and Josh was the most professional, patient, and kind (yes, kind), car salesman we have ever encountered. It was worth the drive. We bought the car... 'badda bing, badda boom!' (All questions anticipated, all questions answered.) Just to let you know, we found that we had inadvertently left the 'pull shade,' that fits across the storage area of the car, at the dealership. We received a call from Josh... It's in the mail! I came back to Gary Lang because of the excellent customer care which included a follow-up phone call from Leo letting me know they had received new inventory and inviting me to come visit again. I’ve left other dealerships feeling belittled, pushed around, and frustrated. Leo was respectful, patient, and straightforward.
