The paper work and financing was not a hassle. I had wanted to come back on Monday and just leave the deposit on Saturday as it was our grand daughter's birthday dinner. However, my husband and our son agreed we would not be long. Had everything completed and home by noon. We went back on Monday. Ryan went over everything in the car. There's a lot!!! He has the patience of a saint. The service department is very clean (Started raining, so Ryan put the cars in the shop.) Everyone we talked to was very nice to be around. Quality of Work = 4 : There was a deposit I provided to hold the vehicle that was not addressed until I called about it several days after I picked up the vehicle. It was addressed quickly after I raised the issue, but I feel it should have been covered. I was in the market for an outback. Ryan Kranz took me through the whole car thoroughly to show me all the features especially for safety.
