On the morning of April 9th, my car was making terrible sounds and would not run, that was the worst feeling in the world, I only had 3900 miles on it. I called Kia Roadside Assistence and had it towed to the Gary Lang Dealership. From the time the Service Department opened at 6:30 in the morning they were in constant communication with me, my Service Consultant was Tom Gorr, Tom informed me that the Oil Pump failed causing a Rod Bearing to shear, etc. The result was a Blown Engine. Oh no, my brand new car. Tom told me the only remedy for the problem was a new engine, within two hours Tom informed me he had located a new engine in Los Angeles and already had it ordered. Tom kept in constent contact with me every step of the repair. Within one week's time I had my brand new car back and beter than ever. That is pretty darn impressive!
