Our sales consultant, Tim Madsen, was simply awesome. He went through no less than 8 cars with us and had to keep running in to get more keys. He nearly got hit by a truck speeding from the service bay, but went through no less than 8 cars with us and had to keep running in to get more keys. He nearly got hit by a truck speeding from the service bay, but stayed on task and helped close the deal. After our purchase, he ran out in a pouring rain to bring the car up for us. He came in on his day off to go over all the features of the car. He showed us how to sinc our phones and download APPS. Being seniors, our technology skills aren't the greatest but he was extra patient and went over things several times. I would recommend him to anyone and think he should receive a reward. More

Beware...Bait and Switch scam and they are not very good at it. Girlfriend and I got a quote from Gary Lang's E-commerce person in regard to a True Car inquiry for a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. We had the set pr at it. Girlfriend and I got a quote from Gary Lang's E-commerce person in regard to a True Car inquiry for a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. We had the set price from the dealership, put a deposit on it and confirmed the car with dealer over the course of a week. Went in Saturday OCT 17 2020 to see the car and test drive. The stock number and VIN matched the Gary Lang True Car quote and the email chain we had with the sales man Matthew. After taking all out info and credit information, the sales manager came over and said the quote was not for the car we were emailed...even though all the numbers matched. He said it was for a different car with different options. He said he could not see a Crosstrek at that $27,200 quoted price. We also had several other offered for the exact same car with same options from different dealers. but they were a few hundred dollars higher. We recognized the bait and switch strait away and were very offended got up and left. Now I have not revived my deposit back...Shysters!!! More
