The manager mentioned in this feedback is no longer with the company, and we apologize that the communication was lost in rectifying this for you. From your records, it appears that you purchased your vehicle in May and have driven 10,000 on it since then. We have no service records of any necessary regular maintenance completed when driving that extent of miles in that timeframe, and we do apologize for any confusion on what your vehicle needed to stay running well for years down the road.
