Awesome customer service as always Brian has always so professional and helpful when I come in for service. This time around I ended up with a Claire's in my tire. It needed to be replaced and Brian immediately offered and got a loaner for me to drive. Took the time to help me understand the vehicle well since I did have to do some errands for the day, and would be in need of it. I will say too since my tire pressure was low, I had expressed my concern to him that if there was damage to please let me know. I have some construction work by my home currently. Brian quickly got the reason for me and help me to take pictures of the damage to give to my landlord to be reimbursed. All around when every I come in he is just very helpful and friendly. More

Service light on I called Chris to let him the service light had come on. Chris told me to bring it in. He found out what the problem was and ordered the parts. Transmission rebuild. I had my car in for the 100,000 mile service, as it was just about to turn over 100K. I had complained in the past about a vibration in the trans.
