Whenever I have the opportunity to deal w/him, he exudes knowledge, professionalism, and a great deal of integrity, including trustworthiness.. His friendly manner and honesty about what my vehicle's needs are, and his assistance help me to prioritize my decisions that suit my needs and budget. He does not pressure me to make any snap decisions, and shows a genuine concern for MY satisfaction. I have purchased my last three vehicles the Gary Lang Auto Group, and fully intend to purchase my next one there. The best service I just wanted to say that Chris at your service desk is awesome!!! I know nothing about cars or maintaining it. So when I bought new floor mats he I just wanted to say that Chris at your service desk is awesome!!! I know nothing about cars or maintaining it. So when I bought new floor mats he was kind enough to help me put them in. Something silly but it was extremely helpful to me. He didn't need to help but he did. Was a little button to keep them in place and I did not know about it. Instead of just telling me he ran out, pulled my car, and swapped out the mats himself. He did not need to but is is greatly appreciated. Well done and thank you. More
It was good, very friendly I was a little surprised when I was given the loner. A clean loner car would have been nice. Positive experience I had my car towed to Gary Lang because I slid into a curb coming home in a snowstorm, it needed work. I dealt with a Natalie Trimarco, she was very friendly, helpful and did everything in her power to make sure that I was taken care of.she kept me appraised of how the progress was coming along on my vehicle. What I like about Gary Lang is that you can get a loaner car while yours is being serviced just call ahead, I got lucky in that when I got towed there and there were no more loaners, a lady just happened to being picking her car up and so I did get the loaner she had just brought back. They also provide as a courtesy a car wash and I was given a couple of coupons for free oil changes. Karen T. Rogers More
