His first reply was "I am sorry to hear that, bring the car in and we will fix it for you. I was very glad to know that your dealership stands behind its work. Aaron was very polite and made me feel like he cared. While I was waiting nearby I also heard him give the same great service to another customer. My appointment was at 7:30am on 4-21-15. The job was completed promptly and even the mechanic greeted me while passing me in the hallway: WOW!!! not many place today treat customers like that. I will definitely be back again. More
