Terrible customer relations I purchased a car 1.5 years ago from Castle. One of the reasons was the free “castle difference” service option. When I went in now, I was told this was stopped and service was no longer free of charge. The cashier said she thought they sent out an email about this, but I received nothing in regards to this. I will not return, nor recommend. More

Very difficult to get a return phone call I bought my car from Castle with a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace as part of the sale. I scheduled the service and they replaced the I bought my car from Castle with a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace as part of the sale. I scheduled the service and they replaced the windshield. Unfortunately, the windshield was defective and needed to be replaced again. This is where the service issues began. I called and left a message with the service person that helped me. After a week of never receiving a return call, I called again and asked for the service manager. Again I had to leave a voicemail, and again, I waited a week for a return call, which never came. I finally got someone to respond after the third call and got the windshield replaced a second time. The second windshield is not defective. More

Informative, Time efficient, Enjoyable Service Lane manager Tony Fajardo was more than helpful answering all of my questions and making sure I was well informed of all the work being done. Battery issue So I went on vacation and my 2016 Malibu was sitting in a garage for a few days. When I came home the car was completely dead, even the key fob was dead. Had to be towed into service at castle and they could not figure out the issue. My car is still covered by warranty and they did not want to replace the battery or the alternator because according to their “tests” everything came up fine and in working condition. Now I am concerned that this will happen again and by that time my warranty will have been run out. How could you not figure out why my car was dead? It was a brand new battery from 8/9 months ago. Need better tests/guidelines and having better trained technicians to figure out the problem. More

Also talked to David the GM and he said he would have Zack call me and take care of the re-burstment checks which we never received. This please seams to be very dishonest. More
