Service department I called Castle for my recall. The receptionist Chrisi answered the phone and my made my appointment. When I went in I was greeted by Marlex. He explained the procedure and point out some maintenance that I was missing. They gave me a loaner and I was happy that I got my car back the same day. Marlex was amazing. Poor Customer Service My son brought his car here for an engine noise. Engine needed to be replaced. Castle's prices were higher than other dealers so we decided to take our vehicle else where. The part that upsets me is that my son is going to college in the area and I am out of state. I called to pay for the $170.00 diagnostic fee so he could get the car off the lot because i will be coming from out of state and can not make it in time. They would not take my card over the phone and said I should transfer money to my son. Sometimes people need to look at their polices and make exceptions to provide customer service. I wont be back and I will encourage him to let people in the area know about the experience. One bad decision can cost a company a lot thanks to social media. More
Oil Change Scam Was offered free oil changes for the "life" of my truck. Called to make an appointment and was informed I can't receive it free anymore. While I was truck shopping I was between 2 silverados at different locations, because of the free oil change i bought from Castle Chevy. This was obviously a scam to get me to buy from there, shame on Castle Chevy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY OR SERVICE!! More

When I arrived today, the person I dealt with in the service department stated that because I did not get the maintenance check on my car the last time it was in for an oil change that I will now have to pay for the oil changes. It was very clearly stated when I purchased my vehicle that I must perform the required vehicle maintenance in order to receive free TIRES for the life of my car and the oil changes were free regardless. I am extremely disappointed with the attitude and treatment I received by the service department. I know countless numbers of people who do not maintain their vehicle per the recommendations of the service department and they still receive free oil changes so why is it different for me? I will no longer be recommending this dealership to people because of their inability to keep their promises to their customers. More
Amazing Service I had an issue with my car while driving home after work. The issue was that my check engine light was on and the car reduced my speed max 25 miles an I had an issue with my car while driving home after work. The issue was that my check engine light was on and the car reduced my speed max 25 miles an hour. This happened to me when I was on the high way and I was forced to moved over to the shoulder. I called Dana Dangles who I usually work worth at Castle Chevrolet and she immediately got a technician on the phone. The technician told me to turn the car off and wait about 3-5 minutes and then to turn the car back on. This would make the check engine light shut off and allow me to resume normal speed. Dana told me to come to the dealership to get the car checked out and she would get me a loaner. When I got to the dealership everything was taken care of. The loaner was waiting for me and there was no wait time. This was extremely helpful since it was already almost 7 pm and I wanted to get home as soon as possible. I have always had a positive experience at Castle Chevrolet. I am very fortunate to have worked with Dana and she truly takes care of her customers. I was in a serious pickle last night and Dana came through. Thank you! More
Continued horrible service I have had nothing but trouble with the service center here. First I took my cat in for a recall which should be a pretty standard repair. The next da I have had nothing but trouble with the service center here. First I took my cat in for a recall which should be a pretty standard repair. The next day while driving to work I could smell exhaust in my car which got worse and worse. Seems as though they didn't hook things back up correctly so I had exhaust going into my car. To apologize when they fixed it they put me on free oil changes for life. I thought that was a pretty good deal. Flash forward to now I took my car in for my free oil change last week only to find afterwards that my car is dripping oil. Called the service center and told them this to first be told they could fit me in 2 days later then when I said no to be told today but a 4 hour wait. Really you messed up my car had no oil leak before so either you didn't tighten the oil nut or the filter enough take some responsibility for that and take care of your mistake right away. When I arrived the guy I spoke to gave me attitude as well. I will not go back here. I will pay for an oil change else where or do it myself. Save your self some trouble and take your car to on of the other Chevy dealerships in the area. More

Also with any questions or concerns I had regarding the repair, she was very helpful, and when she wasn't available Tony was also there to tend to my questions and concerns. The bill came out to under the original quote which is always good. Will definitely be bringing in my fleet in for service in future. Looking forward to dealing with these two in the future. More
