Deceiving Sales This dealer sold me a vehicle and leased another with the offer of free oil changes for the life of the car, however, after 2 years they ended with th This dealer sold me a vehicle and leased another with the offer of free oil changes for the life of the car, however, after 2 years they ended with the excuse that GM required to have full synthetic instead of blend and no it is no longer free, which is completely horrible to sell a car with broken promises. Now if any, the only charge should be the difference from blend to synthetic, but I see filter, labor and disposal being charged. Just will never buy a car or refer my friends and family to this dealer. On one of my vehicles I didn’t even had it washed, they offered it afterwards but too late as I had to leave, this should be done without asking. More
Highly Unsatisfied with Customer Service I am highly unsatisfied with their customer service skills. I was told I would receive free oil changes for the life of my car when I bought it in Dec I am highly unsatisfied with their customer service skills. I was told I would receive free oil changes for the life of my car when I bought it in December of 2017. It’s funny how all of a sudden in January of 2018, they “changed things”and now I have to pay $30. If you change things, that should NOT be my problem. I do NOT care if you change things. If I was told I would receive free oil changes for the life of my car, I should be grandfathered into this guarantee. I have worked in customer service for years, the customer is always right. This is absolute horrible customer service and I would not recommend Castle Chevy to anyone and I will NEVER buy a car from you again. The saddest part about this is you guys do not care how upset you make customers. Customer service should be your #1 priority! Btw this is not directed towards the person who sold the car, John Porter. He was great! This is directed towards the managers and service team or whoever came up with this change. More

Waiting area: awful. The waiting area is basically the open space in the middle of traffic between the shop, the showroom, the cashier, etc. It is cold and noisy. Could not find the problem with my Chevy Cruze I have taken my car to Castle Chevy in Villa Park 5 times since October 2018, and they have not been able to diagnose the problem. I give up! I can’t I have taken my car to Castle Chevy in Villa Park 5 times since October 2018, and they have not been able to diagnose the problem. I give up! I can’t take the chemical smell my car is giving off. I did not have the smell when I brought my car in October 2018 for routine maintainence. They told me I needed a water pump and hoses. They replaced them and changed the transmission fluid. Driving home my car was giving off a chemical smell. They said some transmission fluid probably spilled on the pan, and told me to keep driving for a month. I did and the smell did not go away. During the second to the last visit they put UV dye in the transmission fluid, and I drove it around. They told me if smell something come back. Well, I smelled something and there was green fluid under the front of my car 3 times. They told me they could not find anything in my last visit and the leaks were probably from a different car. The Chevy Cruze is not a good model. I do not even trust Chevy’s now. I am going to get a Honda or Toyota next. More
Will be coming back such great service I came in for an oil change. At first there was a blonde gentleman on the right side who didn’t seem to notice or care that I was waiting. I was about to leave and a nice young lady named Becky walked over to take care or me. She made the process simple and pain free and I had my car back in no time at all.
