Great experience when buying my jeep at Castle dodge, keep, ram! They made a $2000 error writing up the sales contract that we DID not catch. (The deal we agreed upon was $2000 less than what was written on the contract.) Also. Sales manager said if we would bring that we DID not catch. (The deal we agreed upon was $2000 less than what was written on the contract.) Also. Sales manager said if we would bring the car back to them for services, he would make sure we would have a free loaner. We brought it back today for service and had asked for loaner when making appointment- but got here and we were told they didn’t have one available. If I could give this place zero stars I would. No wonder there is never anyone here. It is a horrible dealership! More

Service was scheduled (Next day), my choice, for Oil change & Tire Rotation. Arrived On-time. Service was completed with no issues including full inspection, and on my way all less than an hour. Coffee and News on TV while I waited. They offered a Car Wash, but it was supposed to rain, so I declined. More
