We had the LS7 engine in our 2009 Corvette Z06 replaced under warranty and a considerable amount of other work conducted at the same time. The Master Mechanic (Todd Read) diagnosed the engine failure and under warranty and a considerable amount of other work conducted at the same time. Finding parts was a challenge, but Ed Acuti and Todd Read working with Burt and John in the Parts Department found everything we needed. Once the work was completed, Todd showed me photographs and explained what caused the LS7 engine to fail. He also let me check out many of the other parts that we had replaced that were not associated with the engine failure. We are still breaking the new engine in and so far so good. More
Our GMC truck (diesel) had a hose go bad (coolant surge tank to radiator). Service employee Ella & Service Advisor Greg were able to fit us in the first thing the next morning. For the past 3.5 years we have been traveling the U.S. full time, pulling a travel trailer with our GMC 2500 Sierra (diesel). We’ve been to several dealerships over the years. We were COMPLETELY satisfied & impressed with Castle and the staff members we dealt with. More
Service at the dealership has become very impersonal. Texting when additional service needs to be done when the service representative is sitting less than 20 feet away is not customer-friendly service. I have been a customer for over 25 years - I've bought all of my vehicles at this dealership and had them all serviced here. This is the first time I've felt like "just a number" rather than a loyal customer. More
