The dealership found the color we wanted at another dealership and quickly got the ball rolling on our paperwork for a Monday delivery (we were there on a Friday afternoon). We were in a time crunch and everyone worked very hard to get us in and out quickly which was so appreciated. Everyone was professional and helpful and we LOVED the car when we got it on Monday. The detail shop did a great job and it's just beautiful. We're very happy! More
When in doubt, there is no doubt the Customer is right During my most recent service at Medved Ford, and issue with my brakes not working correctly came up after they had worked on them. It was not clear During my most recent service at Medved Ford, and issue with my brakes not working correctly came up after they had worked on them. It was not clear if they had cuased the issue or just missed it when they worked on the brakes the first time. However, they didn't worry about who's fault it was and they didn't try to get me to pay for the additional repair. They just took responsibility for the issue and repaired the brakes at no cost to me. This secondary repair was 5 times as expensive as the first repair they did. I've been around long enough to know that perfection the first time is alway their goal, but to me the real measure of a great company/organization is how they react when perfection is not achived the first time, and Medved really lived exceeded my expectations. I understand John Medved has a motto which says, "When in doubt, there is no doubt, the customer is always right". For me they really lived up to this motto, and I really appreciated it. More

Nicole went out of her way to make sure the shuttle service was available to transport me to and from work and kept me advised throughout the day of the status of the work on the car. She carefully and thoroughly explained what was needed, what was done to the car, and explained the costs. Nicole and the Quick Lane crew made the experience very pleasant.
