The s I've been going to Medved for at least 10 years and have always had a good experience...... whether buying a new car or having my car serviced. The staff is always prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. They recommend whatever is needed in addition to regular maintenance. If there is a delay in service for any reason, they keep me informed. It's impossible to have everything go perfectly 100 percent of the time, but the service staff at least make car maintenance as pleasant as possible. I feel I get honest hard work from Ford service. And I like having the Ford name behind it! More
