After the test drive I told Steve Sigler , Ronnie Rawdon and J I bought a new F150 a few weeks ago, I must say that the whole experience was painless. After the test drive I told Steve Sigler , Ronnie Rawdon and Jimmy that I want their best price on both the new truck and my trade. They get one chance at this. I had to leave and would return later or tomorrow. I came back a few hours later they presented their best offer and after a few minutes talking the deal was done. I felt they gave me a fair deal on both vehicles and off to talk to Mark in finance. I didn't take the truck home as I had to clean out my trade, so I came back the next day after work. They went over the truck with me and answered all my questions. John Medved came over and introduced himself and thanked me for being a customer. That just goes to show he appreciates his customers. Best experience ever at a dealership I am usually terrified of dealerships and avoid them like the plague but the time came for me to try to get a car. The customer service was awesome! I feel that was an understatement. My dealer phobia was entirely wiped clean thanks to, Steve, my salesman. I got an unbeatable deal with my new 2014 Ford Focus. He took his time explaining how to use the different features in my new car and took the time a few days later to check if I was still satisfied and didn't have any other questions. To his surprise I did have a question and a rather difficult one at that. He got back to me within 10 minutes with the answer I needed!!! I don't know if I ever want to deal with another salesman! I'm hooked to Medved Castle Rock despite living in Aurora! I've had my new car for four days now with absolutely no regrets. My fears of car buying is a thing of the past. No more junkers for me!
