I was shopping from out of state and my Salesman, Chad, immediately cut to the chase with a reasonable price. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there were some difficulties, but everyone did everything they could to alleviate the situation, The Salesman we dealt with when we picked up the vehicle, Jimmy, Was knowledgeable and polite. The finance manager, Jennifer, was also easy to work with and made everything as smooth as possible. My one gripe is that when I returned home, the vehicle had a couple of minor issues with it that I feel should have been addressed by the dealer before it was sold. More

When I finally drove up to talk to someone, he wasn't very helpful and I finally left. This is one of the reasons I hate dealing with car dealerships, they have no interest in serving the customer. I will never buy another vehicle from MedVed again and will try to avoid using their service department if at all possible. More

Optimum Sales experience My wife and I received an email from Jim Knight about a sales incentive. My wife hates spending time in a dealership so I stopped by to just see what My wife and I received an email from Jim Knight about a sales incentive. My wife hates spending time in a dealership so I stopped by to just see what was possible. We had already looked at the dealership inventory online and had a specific car in mind. I was greeted by Jim in sales. I told him what I was interested in doing and he wasted no time. Jim brought the specific vehicle up. I was running short on time as I had to pick my wife up from her work. Jim went and talked to Mr. Knight. They suggested I use the new vehicle to pick her up and that way I could test drive the car. When my wife and I got back to the dealership Jim & Jim already had deals to present. Mr. Knight thought a lease may be the better way to go. However, he worked very hard to get the most for our trade in and discussed deals with Thomas. The team was able to come up with a purchase deal that met our approval. We were there about 2.5 hours before leaving with our new 2014 Escape. Much better than the usual 4+ hours we have experienced in the past buying other cars. During the time we were kept engaged and informed of what was happening. We were treated with respect. Both Jim's established a positive rapport rather quickly. We will definitely return to MedVed in the future as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Thank you Jim & Jim for giving us Great service! More
