My experience was excellent from the first call this morning to the end of the purchase. I previously had been working with two other dealers, and never received the friendliness and willing to work wi morning to the end of the purchase. I appreciated Jim Davis's down to earth friendly personality, with no pressure, I will defiantly go back to him when I purchase another vehicle. Michael Collins was great to work with as well, he was honest very friendly, straight forward, professional, just like how I like to be treated. Michael Clemison made me feel very comfortable with all the end transactions. He made it fun with his great personality! Overall I had the best experience I have ever had with dealership. I wanted to cosign on a new Jeep Compass for my 18 year old daughter, so I called MedVed and talked with Otis, a new sales person. I explained what kind of car we were looking for, the must have features, old daughter, so I called MedVed and talked with Otis, a new sales person. I explained what kind of car we were looking for, the must have features, and Otis went to work looking for the right car, keeping me posted via email several times during the day and the next day. Otis found a couple of vehicles that met our requirements, so we sent to the dealership to test drive. My daughter found the car so we started the deal. Steve, the sales manager, found $3250.00 of incentives which greatly reduced the price of the vehicle. Steve also worked hard to get us a great deal on our trade in value. Two hours later, we walked away with the right car. Btw, this is the 4th vehicle we've purchased from MedVed, and would definitely recommend Otis, Steve, and the MedVed team. Thanks guys, Troy More

Their staffing has improved greatly and I would not hesitate to go back and would refer others to go to Medved Ford in Castle Rock for their vehicle purchases. The whole experience was good and they had a good selection of vehicles to choose from. Unfortunately after completing the purchase every trip to them has been a bad experience. They have made mistake after mistake working on the truck. And they were all simple tasks. I will not take it back to them to do anything. They do not seem to care about the vehicles they work on and there is no attention to detail. More

We recently bought a car from MedVed in Castle Rock, Colorado. We were told when we bought it that it had a "Safety Check" already completed. There were things that needed done to the car before we agreed to buy it. We signed an affidavit stating that they would take care of them. We had an appointment on Monday, February 17th to get the things repaired. We went to our appointment and they proceeded to tell us that the "Safety Check" was not completed yet. So at that point they put us in a rental car that they were “paying for in full”, and we were told it should only be a few hours. We get a call a few hours later and they said that the car needs to be shipped to the Volkswagen dealership to figure out what they can do to fix the car. So, we went back to the dealership to get some things out of the car, Car seat, etc. and took the rental believing that we would have the car back in a few days after it was fixed. We get a call the next day and they told us that it costs too much to repair the car and that they need to find us another vehicle. We were upset, but agreed to let them find us another car. They were unable to find us something that we were willing to buy by the 4th day. One of the employees sent me a text saying that they need us to bring back the rental car that they gave us and that they will let us have the original car that we sold them to drive around in for the time being. We did not agree with that. They said then that they would just cancel the deal. We said ok, we will bring the rental back as long as we can get everything back that we gave them. They stated that they were putting the $1000 back into our account and that they were getting us a $500 check for the remaining $500. We automatically assumed that when we would be getting our original car back that they would have the title with the car. They refused to get us the title to our car and demanded that we bring back the rental ASAP. We then proceeded to tell them that we will not bring it back until they get EVERYTHING back that we gave them. They still refused. We were then called by the General Manager of the Company By the name of Roger and severely threatened. He was cussing at us, threatening us with police, stating that we wouldn't be able to afford any kind of lawyer due to our "bad credit", and threatened us with having to pay for the cost of the rental that they gave us. He said, “You can’t sue me, you can’t even pay attention.” I asked what he meant by it and he said, “You haven’t paid a bill in your life. How do you expect to get a lawyer to sue me?” We were treated absolutely horrible. We were told that the “police” were going to be called and charges filed on us for not bringing the car back. This is our first time buying a car. We thought it would be a good experience, but they have made the last few weeks miserable for us. We still have their rental car because they haven’t held up their end of the deal. They have $1500.00 of our money, our car that they bought from us for $1500.00, our title, our new car and everything that was left in the new car that they sold us. We just want what is rightfully ours. We feel that we have been severely mistreated and we believe that we have some sort of legal standing here. They breached their contract with us and now we are the ones who are paying for it. Absolute worst customer service I've had in my life. Will discourage anyone and everyone from going to this "dealership". Don't do it! they want your money. They are scam artists and need to be caught! The only person in the dealership that was remotely helpful was Mike. Worst experience. More

I was very unhappy with the Management at Medved with playing the number games by starting off with the salesman calling me to tell me we are looking like 32,000.00 for the 3 trades I had, then I was tol playing the number games by starting off with the salesman calling me to tell me we are looking like 32,000.00 for the 3 trades I had, then I was told by the manager that he doesn't know why he said that it's more like 30,000.00. Then the final number came in at 27,000.00. I received an email from the salesman saying that this is the best they could do, not even a phone call.....I replied on how unhappy I was with Medved and I never received a call or an email back from anyone. I went over to The Faricy Boys and bought a Jeep from them. The Faricy Boys were a great company to deal with, very honest and up front with no games! More
