Had a bad battery on a power stroke diesel that was under warranty. If I was paying for it, I’ve been out there in 20 minutes( per service manger). Because it was under warranty I was there for three hours a warranty. If I was paying for it, I’ve been out there in 20 minutes( per service manger). I had to replace some cosmetic parts on my truck and after being painted and then installed by the technician, the parts look new/OEM. I also had an issue with the transmission not shifting smoothly. Joel researched the issue and the technician made the required repairs. Now my truck shifts perfectly, it was well worth the visit to the service center. More

I had a recall on my 2016, 250 Ford pickup. I called in and Joel S. had it fixed and ready within the hour, thank you Joe. But the manager of that dept. has problems getting back to you.
