Found my dream car and was able to make the purchase but the process was extremely slow and staff needed two or three calls/emails before responding. Also feel we were scammed into purchasing a lojack optio the process was extremely slow and staff needed two or three calls/emails before responding. Also feel we were scammed into purchasing a lojack option because they stated it would give us a discount on insurance, only to find out that’s not the case in the state of CO. Lastly, the financial institution we chose for the loan was not utilized and that change was not communicated with us. We only learned that when we received information from a different bank leaving us curious about who to make payments to. Again, all without communicating. We would not work with this dealership again, but we did get an amazing vehicle. More
