communications were awful. service rep did NOT respond to calls nor texts. they had the vehicle for 3 days for basic items and i get the sense they didn't even look at the vehi service rep did NOT respond to calls nor texts. they had the vehicle for 3 days for basic items and i get the sense they didn't even look at the vehicle till end of day 2. they didn't listen to what i described as one of the issues so i have to schedule another service. pretty poor experience overall More

Leaving 2 stars because the truck did get fixed but the communication was some of the worst I've ever seen. I had no idea about the status of my truck repair throughout the week, even pressing through tex communication was some of the worst I've ever seen.
