They have an extensive inventory of new & quality used vehicles. The dealership seemed to be understaffed the day we picked up our car and it took quite a while to finish our purchase and get on the road vehicles. Everything went great until the recall service was complete and it was time to return the vehicle same day using the valet service. There were no drivers available. In fact, the vehicle could not be complete and it was time to return the vehicle same day using the valet service. There were no drivers available. In fact, the vehicle could not be returned until 11:00am the next day after being promised same day service and return. This is not acceptable. I was hoping the dealership would redeem itself this time after a terrible experience the only other time I used Castle Rock Ford for service on my 2018 Edge. It is unlikely I will use this dealership again. Hire more drivers! More
