Castle Rock Ford has done all three of my courtesy oil changes that came with my 21 F-350 powerstroke. I took my truck to Grease xxxxxx Saturday July 15th for my next oil change. The technician came out a changes that came with my 21 F-350 powerstroke. I took my truck to Grease xxxxxx Saturday July 15th for my next oil change. The technician came out and told me that he would not do the oil change because it appeared that the drain plug was cross threaded and very tight. I took my truck to quick Lane on Wednesday July 19 2023. The technician hold the quick Lane advisor that there was not a problem. He showed me the drain plug and half of the threads were gone. She, the service advisor, is trying to blame Grease xxxxxx because they pulled the plug and put it back in crooked. If that were the case why in the world would I need a oil change in the first place. The technician is lying about the plug being cross threaded. I was told that the oil pan is a very hard steel and that the plugs wear out by the service advisor. He said that they need to be replaced, I said that you guys have done three oil changes. Why would a plug be worn out in three changes. Then you had the audacity to want to charge me for a new plug. Not happening. Very disappointed. Doug Mach More

Both offered help and were sincere in doing so. In finance, Justin was efficient and informative. He took no for an answer on the products I didn’t want and gave me only what I did want. He changed my coverage to match my driving and made sure I had what I needed. At the end of the day, this is one industry you can still work some numbers on, granted it’s not for everyone; however, if you want a nice easy going feel with good service throughout a whole team- Use the guys above. Unless you want to pay the premium that comes with those one price stores, utilize your sales staff and get taken care of properly!! Castle Rock ford is going to be my go to for years to come. Communication was absolutely terrible. I was told several times over the course of my service that the service team member "would call me right back" after asking the tech a question, and I was told several times over the course of my service that the service team member "would call me right back" after asking the tech a question, and I never got a call. I'd reach back out the next day asking for any update and I'd be given the same exact line, never to be called back. If I ever go back to this dealer for service I'm requesting that person does not get assigned to my service. To top it all off, when my truck was done she told be about this survey I'd be getting, and said "don't blame my performance on my tech's being slow." More
Service writers aren’t the friendliest people. Asked to have the truck moved over to quick lane for an oil change and it was like a burden. Then the oil change never got done.
