The day i bought the truck was great customer service, but the third day i received a call from the Dealership, they wanted me to take my truck back ( NEW 2021 F250 ) because of a RECALL, ( I bought it M but the third day i received a call from the Dealership, they wanted me to take my truck back ( NEW 2021 F250 ) because of a RECALL, ( I bought it May 18 2021) I told them that i am going to take it to another dealer close to my house and they told me NO!. They want me to bring it to their Dealership. The dealership was forcing me to bring the truck to them to take care of the recall. They had the truck for more than three weeks and they couldn't take care of the recall, really ! why after they sold it. ( I know that for a recall i can bring my truck to a dealer that closer to me) . It's not about the recall....( I understand that part ) why do they want me to take it to them.. Something is not right.. NEVER AGAIN! More

We had a terrible experience at this dealer. The sales department did not follow through on part of the deal. We went down to have running boards installed and no one had ordered them. The finance department person was very rude when we asked questions about the lifetime warranty because he couldn’t understand why we would ever refuse it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Shawn O'Neill, my salesperson, was amazing! He totally deserves 5+ stars. My issue came during the financing piece. The Finance guy was very rude when I declined the warranty. Then several days later, he called me back in to resign loan documents. He said that my payment was going to go up 'a little bit'. However, when I got there my payment went up $50 per month and my rate increased over 3%. He was again rude and said he did the best he could. My question is why did he have me sign loan documents if the loan wasn't done? Finances when buying a car is a big deal. I should have walked away at that time. However, I do love my new vehicle. Thanks to Jose, GM, for making things right with me. It is appreciated! More

Josh helped me with the initial order and tracking my vehicle through the "build" process, and, since Josh was out sick when the truck was delivered, John helped with the final transfer. This dealership quickly agreed to a very competitive price (well below MSRP) and did NOT jerk me around with the games that some dealerships play when it comes time to sign the contract. I appreciated the overall honesty of this transaction and would buy from these folks again. Highly recommended. More
